Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and selling abilities.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on tasks without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and achieving store goals.
• Set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• May assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure profitability by tracking inventory, sales statistics and expenses.
• Direct staff to complete department tasks and standards.
• Maintain quality customer service and support merchandise promotions.
• Uphold company policies and internal control procedures.
