Job summary

Buddy’s Home Furnishings is seeking a Manager in Training to begin a career path toward store leadership. The MIT program provides cross-training across all store operations, with hands-on learning and coaching to prepare for general management responsibilities.

Role emphasizes in-person work at the Rogers location, with a focus on driving sales, building customer relationships, and mastering inventory, delivery, and account handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 21 to drive a vehicle for work (insurance requirement).
• This is an in-person job; remote work is not available.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
