Buddy’s Home Furnishings is seeking a Manager in Training to join our in-store leadership program. This entry-level role focuses on hands-on learning across sales, customer service, and operations to prepare you for future store management.

As an MIT, you will be trained in all aspects of the business, including in-home delivery and account management, with a path toward leadership within a specific location. This is an on-site position requiring 21+ age and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 to drive a vehicle (insurance requirement).
• In-person job; remote work is not available.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Train to become proficient in all aspects of the business.
• Acquire and maintain customers and drive store sales.
• Manage customer accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Perform in-home delivery and setup.
• Handle inventory management and merchandising.
• Account management and collection as needed.
• Retail sales and customer service to meet sales goals.
