Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for equipment use and site operations.
• Ability to manage CSR/ASM responsibilities and site functions.
• Computer skills for reports, inventory, cash control, and counseling notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept to Company standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Prepare timely performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Train staff to ensure customer service, site image and marketing execution meet standards.
• Communicate clearly to ensure timely information reaches all employees.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage budgets and margins.
• Work indoors primarily, with outside duties for site upkeep; handle occasional harsh conditions.
