Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise functions listed in CSR/ASM.
• Computer use and reports analysis, inventory control, cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and manage site tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and well presented.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain store image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, and discipline.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate with employees and hold regular meetings with management.
