Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing.

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development through training and coaching.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
