Responsibilities

• Interviews, selectively hires, and trains staff for the location.
• Organizes and oversees staff schedules.
• Manage paperwork and payroll records.
• Conducts performance evaluations timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service.
• Manages/Oversee all day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering a great guest experience
• Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food.
