Job Overview

The Store Manager in Training helps drive store performance, fosters excellent client service, and maintains operational standards to meet or exceed goals. This role involves managing Tanning Consultants, leading by example, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example, creating a client-centric experience and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist with sales reports, inventory, and other management duties.
• Support controlling revenue and expenses.
• Ensure proper staffing levels for productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends as required.
• Work approximately 35-45 hours per week, depending on employment status.

Requirements:

• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Experience in the beauty industry or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple situations in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend to clean equipment and perform salon cleaning tasks.
• Lift and move heavy items as needed.
