Panda Express is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to oversee a single location, drive guest experiences, and lead a team to meet financial goals. A three+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success, supported by our Panda community.

You will hire, train, and direct associates, ensuring safe, efficient operations and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training programs to prepare for store management responsibilities.
