Availability - Shift/Days: Full time, Flexible Availability

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to perform essential duties and work conditions.
- Supervisory skills for equipment, tools, and staff.
- Computer skills for report analysis, inventory, cash control, etc.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation.
- English communication skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills

Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage site cleanliness, stock, and organization per standards.
  • Maintain professional image among staff and management.
  • Schedule staff to optimize service and site appearance.
  • Apply non-discriminatory management practices.
Site Relationships
  • Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Promote a safe, positive community image.
Training and Development
  • Provide performance feedback through regular appraisals.
  • Ensure staff training on service, safety, and site standards.
Communication
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with staff and management.
Organizing and Planning
  • Develop action plans for site improvement.
  • Maintain site documentation.
  • Oversee report completion and merchandise presentation.
Financial
  • Analyze sales and expenses; maximize profits.
  • Manage budgets, margins, and safeguard cash.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily indoor work; outdoor tasks for site maintenance.
  • Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
  • Work independently as an effective leader.
