Multiple MIT positions are available at various Runnings locations.
The MIT will learn to manage store operations while ensuring high customer service levels. Candidates must be willing to relocate and work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training involves operating equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts, and pickers, which can be physically demanding, including lifting 10-50 pounds, bending, reaching, and kneeling. Activities may occur in different conditions and involve movement across store areas. Relocation assistance may be available.
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00-25.00 (Depending on Experience). Position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
