Job summary

Beck's is seeking a Store Manager in Training in the Peoria area to join a 100% employee-owned team. You will learn every aspect of store operations, lead a team, and prepare to run a Beck's location.

The program offers hands-on leadership experience, promotion potential, and competitive pay with bonus opportunities. You will work with experienced leaders to develop financial, customer service, and operational skills in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must display leadership experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related field.
• High school diploma or GED required; willingness to train.
