Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into key leadership roles within our automotive service stores in Lecanto, FL. You will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning all aspects of the Store and the Company.

You will gain significant management and sales experience as part of our accelerated leadership development track, with opportunities to advance as you demonstrate leadership and operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Motivated with hands-on management ability.
• Excellent customer service with relationship-building focus.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide high-level service in-store.
• Schedule service appointments and answer questions.
• Consult customers on service needs and vehicle progress.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and meet store standards.
• Assist with store operations and coordinate with team.
• Communicate accurately with teammates to set reasonable time commitments.
• Step in to take on additional duties as needed.
