The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It offers a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning experiences, supported by leaders including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Promotion to Store Manager depends on performance, openings, and other factors. Candidates should be willing to accept a Store Manager role at any location within the designated market, transfer as needed, and work flexible hours.
