The SMIT program is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It involves a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, with virtual and hands-on learning experiences supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Promotion to Store Manager is not guaranteed and depends on performance and availability of openings.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.88 per hour
