Location: Gulf Coast BU - Region 08 - Market 04: 61104 Airport Rd, Slidell, Louisiana 70460

Availability - Shift/Days: Flexible Availability

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and work conditions described below.
• Supervision and training skills for equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ability to manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Computer skills for report analysis, inventory control, cash management, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills:

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking, and organization per standards.
• Maintain professional image and schedule staff effectively.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices.

Site Relationships

• Build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Promote a safe, positive community image.

Training and Development

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Ensure employee training on customer service, safety, and site standards.

Communication

• Ensure timely communication with staff and management.
• Hold regular meetings with employees and managers.

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans to meet site goals.
• Maintain site files and supervise report completion.
• Oversee merchandise display and pricing.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses, maximize profits.
• Manage budgets, merchandise margins, and cash flow.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work; outdoor tasks include cleaning and maintenance.
• Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
• Work with minimal supervision and demonstrate leadership.
