The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It involves a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, including virtual and hands-on learning experiences, supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Note: Selection for the SMIT position does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager. Promotion depends on performance and availability of openings.
