Support for your development includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Note: Selection for the SMIT role does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager, which depends on performance and open positions. Candidates must be willing to accept a Store Manager role at any location within the market and be able to transfer as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Relevant work or retail management experience is also considered.
