The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It involves a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, including virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
Our team supporting your growth includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.
We expect our SMITs to:
Selection for the SMIT position does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager. Promotion depends on performance and available openings.
Weekly Hours: 45
Time Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.88 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
