Availability - Shift/Days: Flexible Availability

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. Experience in retail sales preferred.
3. Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described.
4. Ability to supervise and train staff, and manage store functions.
5. Computer skills for report analysis, inventory and cash control, etc.
6. Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
7. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees for excellent customer service.
• Manage store cleanliness, stock, and organization.
• Maintain professional image and schedule staff effectively.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices.

Site Relationships

• Build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote a safe and positive community image.

Training and Development

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, safety, and site standards.

Communication

• Ensure timely communication with staff and managers.
• Hold regular team meetings.

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans for site improvement.
• Maintain files and reports accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed correctly.
• Post employment posters visibly.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Manage budgets and merchandise margins.
• Safeguard cash and financial records.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
• Occasional exposure to cold temperatures and noise.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
