Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store; hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality guest experience and store performance.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs to prepare for advancement.
