CVS Health is offering a development-focused role through the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare candidates for a Store Manager position. This program includes a collaborative training approach that equips participants with the skills needed to excel in retail management, making a significant impact in the healthcare industry.

The SMIT program is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. Over 16 weeks, you'll participate in a self-paced, collaborative training program that includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences. Our team supporting your growth includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.
Selection for the SMIT position does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager. Promotion depends on performance, availability of openings, and other factors.
