Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Albany, GA is seeking a Store Manager in Training. You will lead store sales, oversee accounts, and train coworkers to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will drive profits by managing inventory, pricing, and assets, and participate in the Store Manager Development Program. A 3–5 year retail/management background and a valid driver's license are required.

• Leadership: monitor store profits, manage resources, ensure policy compliance and asset protection.
