Responsibilities include:

  • Managing retail activity with annual sales under $5M.
  • Supervising store personnel, assisting customers, resolving complaints.
  • Hiring, training, coaching employees, developing promotional sales.
  • Overseeing store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and safety standards.
  • Analyzing monthly P&L, ensuring policies on Loss Prevention, safety, and training are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years experience as a department or assistant manager in retail.
  • Ability to lift 10-25 pounds, stand for long periods, and analyze P&L.

Preferred:

  • Retail merchandising experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in retail or business administration, or equivalent experience.
