Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Springdale, OH is seeking an Store Manager to lead a busy sales floor and drive revenue. This full-time role includes hourly pay with bonus opportunities and a strong emphasis on customer service and team development.

You will greet customers, leverage bedMATCH technology for recommendations, and guide teams to meet sales goals while maintaining showroom excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to help associates grow.
