Goodyear is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead one of its Auto Service centers. You will coach staff, schedule associates, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, training development, inventory and promotions execution, and ensuring compliance with Goodyear Retail requirements. A motivated leader with retail management experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail management experience.
• Preferred qualifications: Previous automotive sales or service experience.
• Automotive Shop management experience or military equivalent experience.

• Help drive, track, and reach sales and profitability goals through guest and employee interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Advocate for employees with respect to training and development.
