About the Team:

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor, working alongside your team to drive sales, and coaching Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Exceed sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
  3. Surpass KPIs and set new records through excellent performance.
  4. Create memorable shopping experiences by demonstrating product knowledge and fostering loyalty.
  5. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback to meet KPI goals.
  6. Build a loyal customer base by engaging authentically beyond transactions.
  7. Recruit and bring in top talent, including seasonal and core hires.
  8. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance and policy issues.
  9. Ensure visual merchandising, operational efficiency, and talent development are executed timely.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating care.
  3. Ability to connect with people at all levels and charm an audience.
  4. Sharp business acumen with analytical skills to deliver results.
  5. Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing talent, including succession planning.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
  7. At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  8. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
