Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee all store operations, merchandising, customer service and daily management of a multi-million-dollar store.

You will mentor associates, drive results, and uphold Burlington's values while delivering a world-class shopping experience. You will partner with department leaders to optimize inventory, staffing, and store conditions, while maintaining compliance with policies and driving sales growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Ensure Assistant Managers and store team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and follow SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budget; oversee reporting and documentation.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new associates; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, workforce management and scheduling.
• Foster communication and partnerships among store, district, regional, and other partners.
