Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure total, efficient and profitable performance.
• Supervise store crew; communicate with supervisors and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee merchandising, stock, displays and pricing; manage promotions.
• Control shrinkage and loss-prevention programs; ensure security and accuracy of cash handling.
• Handle banking, daily cash reports and payroll; develop sales forecasts and schedules.
• Recruit, train, develop and evaluate hourly staff; ensure safety and compliance.
