Home Hardware Center in Rayville, LA is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of store management experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a proven ability to drive sales while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and safety, while coaching staff and building strong customer relationships with homeowners and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience managing a store and leading a team.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach staff.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing sales goals, budgets, payroll, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Experience with hardware/building materials/home improvement products is desirable.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve productivity, and strengthen store performance.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, priced, displayed, and organized.
• Oversee seasonal merchandising and store presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document all movements.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet customer needs and minimize loss.
• Ensure proper handling of merchandise throughout store, warehouse, and yard.
• Promote a safety-first culture and maintain a clean, secure store and facilities.
• Conduct safety meetings and reinforce policies and loss-prevention practices.
