Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee overall store operation including expenses, cash and inventory shortages.
• Maximize inventory sales and profits and meet sales/profit goals.
• Trains and develops team members.
• Open and stock the store, unload merchandise and transport from stockroom to sales floor.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked store environment.
