Job summary

Kent Kwik is seeking a Store Manager to drive guest services and overall store operations. You will help control expenses, manage cash and inventory shortages, and maximize sales and profits while training staff and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can multi-task in a fast-paced setting, unload and stock merchandise, and handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Full-time schedule with flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is required.
• Age: 18 years+ and must pass a drug test.
• Availability: Must have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours, full‑time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Control expenses, cash and inventory shortages.
• Maximize inventory sales, profits and meet sales/profit goals.
• Train and develop team members.
• Operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner.
• Unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks and stocking—moving from stockroom to sales floor.
• Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
