Panda Express in Hawaii is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct staff to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Provide leadership and ensure delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ weeks of store leadership training.
• Drive continuous improvement and staff development.
