Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, driving financial performance and guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and supervise team members, ensuring operational excellence and a positive guest experience.

Leadership training will be provided, with ongoing mentorship and Panda community support to ensure your success in store management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
