The position offers a competitive compensation package of $33 to $36 per hour along with benefits including medical and dental insurance, a 401K plan with a company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, responsible for hiring and managing associates.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals.
• Participate in an 8-week store leadership training program.
