Qualifications

• Strong team management and coaching abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics, manage schedules, control inventory, and handle cash procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work flexible hours.

• Oversee store operations, cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.
