Qualifications

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
• Ability to work full time (>40 hours per week), including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales focus in a customer-driven environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to coach and mentor team partners.
• Minimum High School or GED.
