Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will oversee hiring, coaching and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
