Enmarket is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including food service and car wash activities, while driving profitability and budgeting adherence.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, team development, and a commitment to safety and customer experience. Applicants should be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Budget and P&L understanding.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• UST Class A/B Certification is a must or can be pursued within 30 days.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to cover shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• MS Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop store staff.
• Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork; motivate staff and provide coaching.
• Manage scheduling and payroll; ensure policy compliance and safety.
• Oversee budget, profitability, inventory, and shrink; monitor sales and costs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store and equipment.
