Job summary

Enmarket is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and mentor staff to deliver fast, friendly service. You will support the Store Manager, ensure a great shopping experience for every customer, and handle training and essential paperwork.

Candidates should have at least one year of retail experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in retail or similar environment.
• General computer knowledge and ability to operate electronic equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, read and write.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 pounds.
• Able to work any shift, including weekends, and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Mentor and supervise team members to provide fast, friendly service.
• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience and greet visitors warmly.
• Contribute to training and coverage during shifts.
• Complete required paperwork and support gas reconciliation and inventory tasks.
