Summit Recommerce Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Store Manager for Uptown Cheapskate Pineville. You will lead a team of 8-15, drive daily operations, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our brand standards.

You’ll read sales reports, manage payroll and scheduling, price inventory with our buying software, and train staff. The role offers leadership growth, a competitive hourly rate, and a supportive admin team in a growing network of nearly 30 locations.

• Leadership experience in retail environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Read sales reports, submit payroll, and manage scheduling.
• Run the boutique with passion and drive, treating the store as your own.
• Provide excellent customer service and encourage employees to do the same.
• Provide training to new and existing staff, leading by example.
• Evaluate and price inventory using our buying software.
• Organize racks, merchandise, tag and process product.
• Ring out customers at the register and train others to sell to us.
