Job summary

Rainbow USA is seeking a Store Manager to create a friendly, professional environment for customers, supervisors, and associates while maximizing store volume in line with company goals.

You will recruit and hire store staff, maintain strong customer service, ensure visual standards, and manage scheduling and loss prevention to drive results. 3+ years of women’s apparel retail management is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years previous store management experience, in a women's apparel specialty store is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Maximize store volume in accordance with company goals and policies.
• Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates; promote and salary adjustments as appropriate.
• Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the business day.
• Maintain an orderly system for planning, coordination, and completion of tasks to meet goals.
• Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation at all times.
• Manage scheduling within payroll budgets and floor coverage to maximize volume.
• Implement and follow loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
