LV Petroleum is seeking a motivated Store Manager to join our growing network of convenience stores and gas stations. You will lead daily operations, drive sales initiatives, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, analyzing sales data, training new employees, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Nights and weekends work is required; a minimum of 3 years in retail management is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and sales data.
• Effective communication with staff and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory control and loss prevention strategies.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
