Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• 3 years of retail sales experience, or 2 years retail sales + 1 year retail management experience.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and related business tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand representation.
• Oversee inventory control and loss prevention programs.
