Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Store Manager to lead its Great Mall location in Milpitas, California. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operation of the store, including team management, merchandise, and sales results. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for loss prevention compliance, human resources management, as well as visual merchandising presentation. The Store Manager will lead by example and deliver positive and inclusive client experiences contributing to the store's overall success.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  1. Business Acumen:
    • Lead team to achieve sales targets
    • Implement a culture leveraging all KPIs
    • Analyze sales data to identify performance and opportunities
  2. Customer Experience:
    • Deliver excellence and exceed client expectations
    • Foster a clienteling culture for building long-term relationships
    • Implement CRM initiatives and participate in store events
    • Coordinate with visual merchandising to meet standards and improve sales
  3. People Management:
    • Develop, train, and motivate staff to meet sales goals
    • Lead recruitment and build talent pipelines
    • Provide coaching and performance feedback
    • Oversee onboarding and scheduling
    • Partner with HR on employee relations and foster an inclusive culture
  4. Operations:
    • Manage daily store operations to meet KPIs and P&L expectations
    • Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage
    • Develop schedules based on peak hours
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  5. Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3+ years of management experience in customer service
    • Proven leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and customer experience
    • Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  6. Salary & Benefits:
    • Range from $65,000 - $75,000 annually plus bonus
