Just Tires, a Goodyear company, is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its Auto Service centers. You will schedule associates, drive sales, and manage profitability while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with leadership to hit goals. This role offers growth potential within Goodyear’s tire and auto service network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: automotive sales or service experience.
• Ability to manage teams and meet profitability goals.

The Store Manager leads, coaches and directs store associates to ensure optimal store performance.
