Job summary

Goodyear stores are seeking a Store Manager to lead a Goodyear Auto Service center, driving sales and profitability while delivering outstanding guest service. You will schedule associates, manage appointments and monitor store performance to reach profitability goals.

You will recruit, interview, hire, and onboard teammates, ensure compliance with labor policies, and promote warranties and promotions. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: automotive sales or service experience.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding.”
