What you’ll do:

  1. Motivate and inspire teams to drive sales and performance.
  2. Create business plans to exceed sales goals.
  3. Deliver energetic in-store experiences to build brand connection and sales.
  4. Build customer relationships and community engagement.
  5. Manage merchandising to enhance product sell-through.
  6. Recruit and develop high-performing teams.
  7. Plan for future staffing needs.
  8. Utilize forecasting and scheduling to support sales.
  9. Foster an inclusive and fun environment.
  10. Encourage feedback through open-door policies.
  11. Educate teams on financials to control expenses and reduce shrinkage.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years retail supervisory experience in a similar volume environment.

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Business acumen and social media experience (preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work holidays, nights, and weekends.
