vineyard vines seeks an energetic HR/Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team at our Minnesota Edina location. You will guide store operations, merchandising, and client relationship building to sustain profitable growth.
The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a hands-on leadership style with availability for holidays, nights, and weekends. You will champion change, foster inclusivity, and drive business metrics across the team.
In 1998, we were stuck behind desk jobs we didn’t like … and we were miserable. So we quit. We tossed out business suits for bathing suits, got our wisdom teeth pulled while we still had coverage and signed up for every credit card we could.
