Responsibilities

• Lead by example with excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties within budgeted hours and payroll.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports to drive productivity and cost reductions.
• Implement policies and procedures to maximize gross profit.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; promote qualified employees.
• Monitor cash, inventory and equipment; control shrink and cash shortages.
• Coordinate selling activities and train staff in selling techniques.
• Ensure accurate reporting of purchases, inventory, fuel management software, sales and cash balances.
• Maintain pricing accuracy, rotate merchandise, and ensure freshness and display appeal.
• Order stock and stock materials as needed; perform cashier duties when required.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions; monitor gas price changes for competitive edges.
• Maintain store and pump area cleanliness and safety; report maintenance needs.
